1. Service Description

ClayFrame provides website design, development, and hosting services for a flat annual fee. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Payment & Billing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. The annual fee of $100 is due upfront and covers hosting, SSL, design, and support for one year. Renewal is billed annually at the same rate.

3. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day full refund from the date of payment. If you are not satisfied with your website, contact us within 14 days for a complete refund with no questions asked.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you retain ownership of all content and copy you provide. The design and code framework remain the property of ClayFrame, with a perpetual license granted to you for use on your site.

5. Revisions & Support

All plans include unlimited revisions during the design phase and ongoing support throughout the subscription term. Revision requests are typically addressed within 24 hours.

6. Limitation of Liability

ClayFrame is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at the end of the billing period with 30 days’ notice. ClayFrame reserves the right to terminate service for violation of these terms or illegal use of the service.
